Overview

Curri is seeking an Enterprise Sales Director to lead growth and retention across their largest oil & gas and energy enterprise accounts. This role requires deep industry knowledge and strategic relationship management to drive long-term account growth.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the oil & gas or energy sectors, with at least 5 years of experience managing large accounts. Your ability to build and maintain strategic relationships at various organizational levels is key to your success. You understand the complexities of safety-critical environments and can navigate the challenges that come with them. Your consultative approach allows you to act as a trusted advisor, ensuring that you meet the unique needs of each client. You are adept at identifying opportunities for growth and have a strong focus on customer retention and satisfaction.

Desirable

Experience with logistics and supply chain management in the energy sector would be a significant advantage. Familiarity with the latest trends and technologies in the oil & gas industry will help you engage effectively with clients. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and can adapt to changing market conditions. A background in strategic account management or business development will further enhance your candidacy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the charge in expanding Curri’s footprint within the oil & gas and energy sectors. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive growth and retention across key enterprise accounts. Your day-to-day activities will involve engaging with clients at the corporate, regional, and field levels to foster long-term partnerships. You will leverage your industry knowledge to provide insights and solutions that address client challenges, ensuring that Curri remains a trusted partner in their operations.

You will also be tasked with identifying new business opportunities through targeted prospecting and industry engagement. Your ability to analyze market trends and client needs will be crucial in shaping your approach. You will collaborate closely with internal teams to align on objectives and ensure that client expectations are met or exceeded. As you build relationships, you will also focus on enhancing the customer experience, ensuring that logistics reliability is prioritized to support production continuity and worker safety.
