Your experience includes developing sales strategies and achieving quotas, demonstrating your ability to lead a successful sales team.

You are a strategic thinker who can establish company territory plans and individual quotas for your team. You have a strong desire to inspire a culture of teamwork and value-driven outcomes, ensuring that your team is equipped with the skills they need to succeed. Your ability to develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners is key to your success in this role.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will lead a team of account executives focused on the Energy & Utilities sector. You will be responsible for implementing sales plans, expanding existing business, and delivering accurate sales forecasting and reporting. Your role will involve partnering with cross-functional teams to manage a complete revenue and customer success process, ensuring that your team meets its overall quota.

You will coach your team to develop the necessary skills and behaviors for success, establishing a supportive environment that encourages growth and collaboration. Reporting directly to the RVP, you will play a crucial role in driving Databricks' consumption and achieving significant year-on-year growth in a fast-growing business.
