Who you are
You have a strong background in business development, particularly within the payments and financial services sectors. With at least 5 years of experience, you've successfully cultivated and managed high-value partnerships, demonstrating your ability to drive revenue growth and develop innovative solutions. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify untapped opportunities and create new models that enhance the ecosystem footprint of your organization. You thrive in dynamic environments and can navigate ambiguity with ease, balancing speed with attention to detail. Your communication skills enable you to act as the primary point of contact for strategic planning and negotiations, ensuring that all stakeholders are aligned and informed.
Desirable
Experience working with fintech partners and a deep understanding of the payments landscape will set you apart. You are familiar with acquiring, issuing, and multi-rail infrastructure providers, as well as online marketplaces for financial products. Your ability to analyze market trends and adapt strategies accordingly will be crucial in this role.
What you'll do
As the Director of Payments, you will lead the partnership strategy for DailyPay, focusing on revenue growth through innovative product offerings. You will manage relationships with key players in the payments ecosystem, including banks, lenders, and marketplace partners. Your role will involve strategic planning and performance management, ensuring that partnerships are mutually beneficial and aligned with DailyPay's goals. You will identify new opportunities for collaboration and develop models that enhance the company's offerings in the employee benefits space.
