Who you are

You have a proven track record in building and scaling partnerships, particularly within the eCommerce sector — your experience has equipped you with the skills to generate qualified leads and drive revenue growth through strategic collaborations. You possess strong communication and negotiation skills, enabling you to align partnership goals with business objectives effectively.

Your background includes working closely with sales and marketing teams to translate partnership opportunities into tangible business outcomes — you understand the importance of co-marketing programs and revenue alignment in driving success. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable managing multiple partnerships simultaneously, ensuring each contributes to the overall growth strategy.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the development of partnerships with eCommerce platforms, agencies, and service providers — your primary focus will be to create a steady stream of qualified client introductions that fuel Parker's expansion. You will develop co-selling motions with partners, ensuring that each partnership directly contributes to new business pipeline and annual recurring revenue (ARR) growth.

You will launch joint marketing campaigns that enhance brand visibility and drive engagement within the eCommerce ecosystem — your ability to collaborate with internal teams will be crucial in translating partnership initiatives into successful marketing strategies. You will also be responsible for tracking the performance of partnerships and adjusting strategies as needed to maximize impact.
