DailyPay is hiring an Enterprise Sales Director to lead the Account Executive team and drive revenue growth. You'll collaborate with sales leadership and manage a team focused on expanding market segments. This role requires strong leadership and sales experience.

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, with experience in attracting and hiring high-quality sales professionals. Your charisma and approachable presence make you an excellent motivator and public speaker, capable of inspiring your team to achieve their best. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and have a strategic mindset to drive revenue growth.

You thrive in a collaborative environment, where you can work closely with your team and other departments to maximize success. Your analytical skills allow you to provide accurate revenue forecasting and embrace a metrics-based management culture. You are passionate about educating the labor marketplace on the benefits of innovative pay solutions.

What you'll do

As the Enterprise Sales Director, you will report directly to the VP of Sales and be responsible for driving revenue for DailyPay through the Account Executive team. You will recruit, build, and manage a productive team, continuously driving performance and enhancing the DailyPay brand. Your role will involve collaborating with the VP of Sales to analyze sales results and develop strategies for expansion across key market segments.

You will act as a point of escalation for your team, helping them navigate complex deals and providing guidance on deal strategy. Your leadership will be crucial in fostering a high-performance culture within the sales team, ensuring that everyone is aligned with the company's goals and objectives. You will also be responsible for educating potential clients about the power and benefits of DailyPay's solutions, helping to establish the company as a leader in the industry.
