What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and inspire a group of 8-10 high-performing Account Executives, ensuring they consistently exceed their sales goals. You will collaborate with senior leadership to establish performance benchmarks and provide your team with the resources they need to succeed. As a hands-on coach, you will conduct regular one-on-one meetings to provide feedback and support, helping your team members develop their skills and achieve their targets. You will also play a key role in shaping the future of the company's go-to-market strategy, leveraging your insights and experience to drive revenue growth. Your leadership will be crucial in maintaining a high-performance culture within the sales team, and you will be responsible for monitoring performance metrics and implementing strategies for improvement.
