You are a motivated Enterprise Account Executive with an entrepreneurial spirit and a passion for building relationships. You have experience managing the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, from lead generation to negotiation and closing. You understand the importance of navigating complex organizations and building relationships with executive sponsors and champions. You are driven by results and have a track record of meeting new business targets and expanding customer bases.

You thrive in collaborative environments and understand that in-person collaboration is essential to Notion's culture. You are comfortable providing customer feedback to help shape product roadmaps and are eager to contribute to the growth of the sales business. You are adaptable and ready to iterate on sales motions to achieve success.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, which includes lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and renewals. You will develop and execute strategic plans to meet new business targets and grow our customer base. You will navigate complex organizations to identify and build relationships with executive sponsors and champions, ensuring that you understand their business objectives and how Notion can help them achieve their goals.

You will play a crucial role in defining and iterating on our sales motions, providing valuable customer feedback to help shape our product roadmap. Your efforts will directly contribute to generating revenue and expanding our most strategic customers. You will collaborate closely with the GTM Sales Team and other departments to ensure alignment and success in achieving sales objectives.
