You'll manage a team of Principal Manufacturing Technicians and establish quality standards informed by clinician feedback. This role requires expertise in manufacturing processes and quality assurance.

Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in manufacturing quality management, with experience leading teams and establishing quality standards across multiple production sites. Your expertise in Crown & Bridge, Implants, and Removables allows you to effectively manage Principal Manufacturing Technicians and drive consistent quality across locations. You understand the importance of aligning quality end-to-end, from design intent through manufacturing execution and inspection, ensuring that all processes meet the highest standards.

You are skilled in developing objective, repeatable quality rubrics that translate expert judgment into auditable processes. Your ability to partner closely with design quality teams ensures that you can effectively incorporate clinician feedback into manufacturing practices. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are dedicated to fostering a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead and develop a team of Principal Manufacturing Technicians, guiding them in their efforts to maintain and improve manufacturing quality across distributed sites. You will drive the consistent interpretation and application of manufacturing quality standards, ensuring that all team members are aligned and informed. Your focus will be on defining and maintaining quality rubrics that are both objective and auditable, translating expert judgment into actionable standards.

You will also be responsible for ensuring that inspection systems, particularly end-of-line 3DQC, measure the right attributes to the right specifications. This involves collaborating with clinicians to gather feedback and continuously refine the quality standards in place. Your leadership will be crucial in scaling manufacturing quality as Dandy expands its reach globally, empowering clinicians and their teams with the tools and support they need to succeed.

What we offer
