Job Description
Who you are
You have relevant experience selling to Digital Native and Enterprise accounts — you understand the consumption sales process and know how to sell innovation and value to existing customers. You are a self-starter who loves understanding a product in-depth and are passionate about communicating its value to customers and partners. You have experience growing consumption and closing commit deals in a direct sales role, and you are competent with prospecting research and mapping out key stakeholders. Your advanced understanding of MEDDPICC allows you to guide deals forward and compress decision cycles effectively.
You have some exposure to the software industry and understand the nuances of selling SaaS, Data, and Business Value. You are driven by the potential for career progression and are eager to contribute to the growth of the team. You thrive in environments where you can assess your territory and develop successful execution strategies to drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts.
What you'll do
As an Account Executive at Databricks, you will assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy to drive consumption growth. You will be responsible for exceeding activity and quarterly revenue targets while tracking all customer details, including use cases, purchase time frames, next steps, and forecasting in Salesforce. You will identify new use case opportunities and showcase the value of the Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform to existing customers, ensuring 100% satisfaction among all customers. Your role will involve promoting the value of our platform and guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles, ultimately contributing to the overall success of the sales team.
