Who you are

You have over 5 years of experience in direct sales of enterprise software platforms, particularly to large enterprises or digital-native companies. Your background includes working in the Big Data, Cloud, or SaaS industries, and you possess some technical sales experience that allows you to engage effectively with clients. You have a proven track record of exceeding sales quotas in high-growth enterprise software companies, demonstrating your ability to drive consumption and commit-based engagement models.

You are adept at co-developing business plans with your team and ecosystem partners, focusing on accelerating customer success to exceed quarterly and annual usage and booking goals. Your understanding of technical product details and roadmaps enables you to build trust with executives and technical champions, ensuring that you can effectively communicate the value of Databricksโ€™ solutions.

What you'll do

In your role as a Digital Native Account Executive, you will lead a cross-functional team to identify impactful big data and AI use cases for your customers, proving out their value on the Databricks LakeHouse platform. You will manage and expand a small portfolio of strategic accounts, strengthening engagement and maximizing the long-term value of Databricksโ€™ solutions. Your responsibilities will include implementing the big data and AI transformation goals of your customers through a combination of strategic partnerships, well-scoped professional services, training, and targeted executive engagement.

You will collaborate closely with your team to develop a comprehensive understanding of customer needs and tailor solutions that meet their specific requirements. This involves not only understanding the technical aspects of the products but also being able to articulate the business value they bring to your clients. You will be expected to maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring that Databricks remains a trusted partner in their digital transformation journey.
