You are passionate about understanding products in-depth, which allows you to articulate their benefits clearly and persuasively.
What you'll do
As a Digital Native Account Executive at Databricks, you will be responsible for acquiring and growing key accounts within the enterprise sector — your mission is to evangelize Databricks' Unified Analytics Platform powered by Spark, driving brand awareness and sales across various industries. You will prospect for new sales opportunities and build a robust pipeline, collaborating closely with the Databricks SDR team to maximize outreach.
You will engage with both business and technical decision-makers, guiding them through the evaluation and buying process — your expertise will help compress decision cycles and close deals effectively. Exceeding individual activity, pipeline, and annual revenue targets will be a critical aspect of your role, as will driving customer success and upselling within existing accounts.
Creating a Territory Strategy will be essential to your success, allowing you to focus on high-potential areas and maximize your impact on the company's growth. You will also work closely with local partners, including technology partners, ISVs, SIs, and GSIs, to drive business and enhance customer satisfaction.
