You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within Fortune 1000 accounts. With at least 5 years of experience, you have successfully led go-to-market campaigns and understand how to sell innovation and change effectively. Your ability to compress decision cycles and guide deals forward is a testament to your strategic thinking and customer-centric approach. You possess a deep understanding of Big Data, Advanced Analytics, and AI, which allows you to communicate the value of Databricks' offerings to customers and system integrators.
You thrive on building relationships with key stakeholders, including CIOs, IT executives, and program managers. Your strong interpersonal skills enable you to drive value-based growth within accounts and expand the Databricks footprint into new business units and use cases. You are results-oriented and consistently exceed activity, pipeline, and revenue targets, demonstrating your commitment to success.
Desirable
Experience in the Automotive, Logistics, or Industrial sectors is a plus, as is familiarity with the Unified Data Analytics and AI space. You are comfortable navigating complex sales environments and have a knack for understanding customer needs and aligning them with innovative solutions.
What you'll do
In your role as a Senior Account Executive at Databricks, you will manage a select group of clients within the Automotive, Industrials, and Logistics vertical.
