Your experience includes developing successful execution strategies and exceeding revenue targets. You thrive on understanding complex products and communicating their value effectively to customers and partners. You are comfortable using Salesforce to track customer details and forecast sales opportunities. Your ability to identify new use cases and showcase value to existing customers sets you apart in the competitive landscape.
Desirable
Experience in the data and AI space is a plus, as is familiarity with the manufacturing, energy, and industrial sectors. You are a creative thinker who can adapt strategies based on market dynamics and customer needs. A background in technology sales will help you articulate the benefits of Databricks' Data Intelligence Platform to potential clients.
What you'll do
In this role, you will assess your territory and develop a successful execution strategy to drive quarter-on-quarter consumption growth in existing accounts. You will be responsible for exceeding activity and quarterly revenue targets while tracking all customer details, including use cases and purchase time frames, in Salesforce. Your role will involve identifying new use case opportunities and promoting the value of Databricks' offerings to existing customers. You will orchestrate and utilize field engineering teams to ensure valuable outcomes for clients, guiding deals forward to compress decision cycles. Your ability to communicate effectively and build relationships will be key to your success in this position.
