Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in the data and AI space — you've successfully managed key accounts and understand the nuances of building relationships with C-level stakeholders. Your ability to strategize and execute on ambitious revenue goals sets you apart, as you thrive in high-stakes environments where performance is key.
You possess strong negotiation skills and can lead complex, multi-year opportunities — your experience has equipped you to navigate boardroom discussions and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives. You are creative and proactive, always looking for ways to expand strategic use cases and drive long-term platform adoption.
What you'll do
In this role, you will take full ownership of two key enterprise accounts in Germany, setting bold strategies to exceed revenue and consumption goals. You will mobilize the full Databricks ecosystem to unlock maximum value for your customers, ensuring they achieve measurable business outcomes. Your responsibilities will include leading high-impact negotiations and closing complex deals that align with the customer's data and AI strategy.
You will continuously engage with senior stakeholders, building trust and acting as their go-to advisor. Your role will involve identifying high-value opportunities and progressing them through the sales pipeline, ensuring that you consistently meet or exceed your targets. You will also collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that they receive the highest level of service.
