OpenAI is hiring an Account Director, Digital Native to drive customer engagement and deployment of AI products. You'll work closely with researchers and engineers to develop strategies for key accounts. This role requires a blend of technical understanding and sales expertise.
Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in sales and account management, ideally with experience in technology or AI solutions. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts allows you to effectively communicate the value of AI products to customers. You are skilled in developing and executing comprehensive account strategies, ensuring customer satisfaction and successful deployment of solutions. You thrive in collaborative environments, working alongside engineers and researchers to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. Your experience managing key accounts has equipped you with the skills to navigate the sales cycle from pipeline generation to closure. You are adaptable and can work in a hybrid model, balancing in-office collaboration with remote work.
What you'll do
In this role, you will manage approximately a dozen key accounts, developing and executing strategies that align with customer goals and OpenAI's mission. You will lead enterprise prospects through their journey, from initial consideration to successful deployment of AI solutions. Collaborating with solutions and research engineering teams, you will build and execute complex customer programs and projects, ensuring that clients fully leverage the capabilities of OpenAI's products. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth within existing accounts and fostering strong relationships with stakeholders. You will also be responsible for tracking account performance and providing insights to improve customer engagement and satisfaction.
