What you'll do

As a Field Engineering Manager, you will lead a team of Solutions Architects and Engineers across the Nordics, guiding them in designing impactful solutions that drive customer success. You will establish best practices that enhance team efficiency and collaboration, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to support strategic customer engagements.

You will represent Databricks as part of the regional leadership team, contributing to the local presence and inclusive culture. Your role will involve working closely with cross-functional teams, including Marketing and Services, to ensure a seamless customer experience throughout their digital transformation journey.
