What you'll do
As the Director of Enterprise Sales, you will lead and grow a team of Enterprise Account Executives, guiding them to achieve their sales targets and drive new logo acquisition. You will actively participate in the region's growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and building a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business. Your role will involve instilling a culture of teamwork and collaboration, focused on delivering measurable business value to customers.
You will drive ongoing learning about the continuous innovations being delivered to customers through Databricks' data intelligence and GenAI solutions. Your responsibilities will include developing strategies to enhance customer engagement, ensuring that your team is equipped with the knowledge and tools necessary to succeed in a competitive landscape. You will also collaborate closely with the Regional Vice President to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
