You have a proven track record of building and leading high-performing enterprise sales teams in a software-driven or SaaS environment. With extensive experience in sales leadership, you are results-driven and passionate about mentoring and developing sales talent. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are skilled at fostering a high-performance culture focused on accountability and continuous improvement.

You possess strong strategic thinking abilities and are adept at analyzing sales performance data and market trends to inform your decisions. You are committed to achieving and exceeding revenue targets while expanding market presence.

What you'll do

In this role, you will hire, lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Enterprise Account Executives to achieve and exceed revenue targets. You will develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy for your region, aligning with Fonoa's overall goals and objectives. Your responsibilities will include driving new business development, expanding existing accounts, and identifying opportunities for growth within the region. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams within Fonoa, including Marketing, Customer Success, and Product, to ensure alignment and optimize sales efforts.

You will conduct regular performance reviews, set clear goals, and provide constructive feedback to drive individual and team success. Your role will also involve analyzing sales performance data and market trends to make informed decisions that enhance sales strategies and execution. You will be a key player in fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration within your team, ensuring that each member is supported in their professional development.
