Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience successfully building and leading high-growth sales teams serving enterprise customers within the Big Data, Cloud, Analytics, and AI spaces β you've developed a deep understanding of how to drive sales in these sectors and have a proven track record of achieving quotas. You embody Databricks' core values and instill them in the team you lead, fostering a culture of teamwork and measurable business value.
You are technically knowledgeable and passionate about building a data ecosystem β your ability to develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners ensures long-term success. You thrive in environments where you can inspire and grow your team, helping them overachieve on their goals and objectives.
What you'll do
As the Sales Director, you will lead an existing team of Strategic Enterprise Account Executives, guiding them to achieve their overall quota and grow Databricks usage. You will actively participate in the regionβs growth plans, ensuring forecast accuracy and building a customer-focused, durable, high-growth business. Your role will involve driving ongoing learning of the continuous innovation being delivered to customers via our data intelligence and GenAI solutions.
You will instill a culture of teamwork focused on leading with measurable business value and achieving desired customer outcomes. Your leadership will be crucial in developing trust-based relationships with customers and partners, ensuring their success and satisfaction with Databricks' offerings. You will report to the Regional Vice President and play a key role in shaping the future of the sales team.
