Who you are
You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly in the enterprise sector, with a focus on building and scaling high-performing teams. Your experience includes attracting, hiring, and developing talent, ensuring that your team consistently meets and exceeds revenue targets. You understand the importance of fostering a high-accountability culture and are adept at implementing best-in-class coaching techniques to drive performance.
You are well-versed in sales methodologies, particularly value-based selling and MEDDPICC, and you can effectively communicate these principles to your team. Your collaborative nature allows you to work cross-functionally with marketing, customer success, and product teams to create a cohesive go-to-market strategy that aligns with business objectives.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead and empower a team of Enterprise Account Executives, setting clear expectations and modeling the behaviors necessary for success. You will drive a culture of accountability and excellence, ensuring that your team is equipped with the tools and knowledge to succeed in a competitive landscape. Your responsibilities will include developing sales strategies that align with Fivetran's mission to simplify data access for organizations.
You will collaborate closely with various departments to enhance the effectiveness of the Enterprise go-to-market motion, ensuring that all teams are aligned in their efforts to drive growth. As a foundational leader in the Enterprise business, you will report directly to the RVP of Enterprise Sales and play a critical role in shaping the future of Fivetran's enterprise strategy.
