Who you are

You have a proven track record in sales leadership, particularly within the Enterprise sector, with a focus on Retail and Consumer Packaged Goods (CPG). Your experience includes mentoring and guiding teams to achieve and exceed their sales goals, fostering a culture of collaboration and accountability. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with customers and partners, ensuring long-term success through customer obsession. You are adept at creating strategic growth plans and have a bias for action, demonstrating measurable impact in your previous roles.

Desirable

Experience in data and AI solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the German market and its unique challenges. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating complex ideas clearly and effectively to diverse audiences. Your ability to leverage your business network to attract top talent will be crucial as you build and scale your team.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Strategic Account Executives, providing hands-on coaching and support to drive their success. You will be responsible for developing and executing a regional growth and investment plan, ensuring alignment with the overall business strategy.
