You are a strong revenue leader, obsessed with driving customer outcomes and developing careers within your team. Your experience in building and leading teams positions you well to scale Databricksβ business across the DACH, Nordics, and Benelux regions.
You have a proven track record of managing sales strategies and execution for SaaS revenue, overseeing teams responsible for expansion in the Digital Natives and Emerging Enterprise sectors. You are a business-oriented leader who collaborates effectively with cross-functional partners such as Product, Marketing, Engineering, and Customer Success to contribute to the overall sales strategy. Your ability to develop and drive high-quality customer relationships is key to your success in this role.
What you'll do
As the Senior Director, you will lead the core motion of up-selling and the hunter motion of new client acquisition. You will be responsible for the strategy and execution of core products SaaS revenue, managing a team of sales representatives and first-line leaders. Your role will involve driving the sales strategy in collaboration with the sales leadership team, ensuring alignment with market dynamics and customer needs. You will focus on building a high-performing and diverse team, fostering an environment that encourages growth and success.
You will develop strong relationships with customers in the Digital Natives and Emerging Enterprise sectors, ensuring that their needs are met and outcomes are achieved. Your leadership will be crucial in navigating the complexities of the market and adapting strategies to meet evolving demands. You will also play a key role in mentoring and developing your team, helping them to achieve their professional goals while contributing to the overall success of Databricks.
