You have a strong background in sales, particularly in managing enterprise accounts, and you understand the complexities of deploying AI solutions in large organizations. Your experience has equipped you with the ability to develop and execute comprehensive account plans that drive customer success and satisfaction.
You possess a blend of technical understanding and strategic vision, allowing you to communicate effectively with both technical teams and business stakeholders. Your ability to partner with solutions and research engineering teams enables you to build and execute complex customer programs that deliver real value.
You are a proactive problem solver who thrives in a collaborative environment, working alongside sales, solutions, support, marketing, and partnership professionals. Your passion for AI and its potential to transform industries drives your commitment to helping customers leverage these technologies effectively.
Desirable
Experience in the AI or technology sector is a plus, as is familiarity with the challenges and opportunities that large enterprises face when adopting new technologies. A strong network within the industry can also be beneficial in this role.
What you'll do
As an Account Director at OpenAI, you will manage a select number of key enterprise accounts, guiding them through the entire sales cycle from initial consideration to successful deployment of AI solutions. You will lead the customer journey, ensuring that each account receives tailored strategies that align with their unique needs and objectives.
You will collaborate closely with researchers and engineers to understand the capabilities of OpenAI's products and how they can be applied to solve complex business challenges. Your role will involve not only driving sales but also educating customers on the transformative potential of AI, helping them to envision and realize the impact on their operations.
In addition to managing relationships, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that enhance customer engagement and satisfaction.
