Databricks is seeking a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in Stockholm. You'll be responsible for achieving sales quotas and driving customer success in the Nordic region.

Who you are

You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally within the technology sector, and possess strong leadership skills to guide a team of Account Executives. Your experience includes developing strategic territory plans and managing sales forecasts, ensuring your team meets and exceeds their quotas. You are passionate about building relationships with customers and partners, fostering trust and collaboration to drive long-term success. You understand the importance of coaching and developing your team, helping them to grow their skills and achieve their goals. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the challenge of solving complex business problems with data and AI.

What you'll do

In this role, you will lead a team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on achieving overall sales quotas and expanding Databricks' consumption in the Nordic region. You will establish territory plans, team structures, and individual quotas, ensuring that your team is well-equipped to succeed. You will report on revenue forecasts and collaborate with cross-functional teams to manage the complete revenue and customer success process. Your leadership will inspire a culture of teamwork and value-driven outcomes, as you work to develop trust-based relationships with customers and partners. You will encourage ongoing learning and understanding within your team, ensuring they are equipped to meet the evolving needs of the market.
