Who you are
You are an experienced sales professional with a proven track record in enterprise sales, particularly within the consumer and distribution sectors. You excel at initiating and advancing conversations that lead to value delivery, utilizing a defined methodology and playbook to guide your approach. You are comfortable navigating between technical stakeholders and business buyers, ensuring that you connect customer challenges to business value throughout the sales cycle.
You have a strong ability to assess accounts and develop strategies that engage all buying centers, identifying opportunities for growth and innovation. Your passion for solving business challenges drives you to articulate product value effectively to customers and partners, fostering collaboration with cross-functional teams to enhance existing accounts.
What you'll do
In this role, you will work closely with cross-functional teams to build out Databricks solutions tailored for customers in the consumer and distribution industry verticals. You will develop a comprehensive strategy for your accounts, focusing on identifying and engaging all relevant stakeholders. Your solution-based selling approach will be key in creating value for enterprise growth accounts, and you will be responsible for tracking customer details, including projects and purchase time frames.
You will guide deals to accelerate decision-making, ensuring that you articulate the value of Databricks products effectively. Your ability to manage longer, complex sales cycles will be crucial as you identify and secure tech wins to grow consumption. You will collaborate with various teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are aligned with their business objectives.
