Who you are
You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within enterprise environments β you've successfully owned and executed account strategies that drive significant revenue growth and platform consumption. Your ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships sets you apart, as you act as a trusted advisor on Data & AI transformation for C-suite stakeholders.
With a strong understanding of the Data & AI landscape, you can co-develop comprehensive business plans with internal teams and ecosystem partners β your strategic mindset enables you to exceed quarterly and annual bookings and consumption targets consistently. You thrive in collaborative environments, orchestrating cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and long-term adoption.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own and execute an account strategy that accelerates revenue growth and drives increased platform consumption. You will build and maintain executive-level relationships, acting as a strategic advisor on Data & AI transformation. Your responsibilities will include leading customers, partners, and internal stakeholders to identify high-impact big data and AI use cases, proving business value on the Databricks Data Intelligence Platform.
You will drive customer transformation through a coordinated approach that includes strategic partnerships, scoped professional services, training, and targeted executive engagement. Your mission is to accelerate customer success by translating business priorities into measurable Data & AI outcomes, expanding and deepening one of the companyβs most strategic enterprise relationships.
