What you'll do
As a Key Accounts Executive at Datadog, you will develop and execute an outbound prospecting strategy tailored to specific Fortune 100 accounts. You will drive a strategic, multi-threaded sales motion that spans multiple stakeholders and product suites, ensuring that you create, own, and grow your accounts. You will work cross-functionally with marketing and solutions engineering to drive coordinated efforts that support your outbound prospecting strategy. Your role will involve negotiating favorable pricing and business terms with large commercial enterprises, showcasing the value of the Datadog platform. You will demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges and have an intuitive sense of the necessary steps to close business and gain customer validation. Your responsibilities will also include ensuring high forecasting accuracy and consistency in your sales efforts.
