What you'll do
In this role, you will prospect into large State, Local, and Education organizations, running an efficient sales process that aligns with Datadog's methodologies. You will maintain and build relationship maps for your territory, ensuring you have a comprehensive understanding of existing relationships and aspirational contacts. Your ability to develop a deep comprehension of your customers' businesses will be crucial as you negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with large SLED enterprises. You will also handle existing customer accounts, ensuring their needs are met and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Datadog's solutions. Your contributions will help pave the way for organizational growth as Datadog continues to expand its presence in the public sector.
