Job Description
Who you are
You have over 5 years of experience in sales, particularly within software or solutions sales, and have a proven track record of engaging with C-suite executives. Your expertise includes understanding how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, and problem-solving, which allows you to effectively communicate the value of AI-powered tools to potential clients. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with various stakeholders to ensure that client needs are met and that they realize the full value of the solutions provided.
You are adept at strategic account and territory planning, utilizing thorough research to identify prospective customers and develop targeted business development strategies. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with multiple Program Directors within SLED agencies demonstrates your commitment to understanding their missions and advising them on how Moveworks can support their goals. You are a trusted advisor who can navigate complex client landscapes and orchestrate account strategies across diverse teams.
Desirable
Experience in the public sector, particularly with State, Local, and Education agencies, is a plus. Familiarity with the FedRAMP® Marketplace and the unique challenges faced by these agencies will enhance your ability to connect with clients and provide tailored solutions. You are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by the opportunity to drive meaningful change through AI technology.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise SLED Account Executive at Moveworks, you will be responsible for driving new business acquisition and managing client relationships within State, Local, and Education Agencies. You will develop relationships with key stakeholders, including Program Directors, and work closely with partners within the Moveworks go-to-market ecosystem to ensure that clients achieve mission success. Your role will involve strategic account planning, thorough research of prospective customers, and targeted business development efforts to drive sales within your defined territory.
You will serve as a trusted advisor to your clients, understanding their unique missions and advising them on how Moveworks can enable their existing and future roadmaps. This will require you to stay informed about industry trends and the evolving landscape of AI technology, allowing you to provide insights that help clients leverage Moveworks products effectively. You will collaborate with a broad virtual team, including Solutions Consultants, Solutions Specialists, and marketing resources, to orchestrate account strategies that maximize client satisfaction and success.
Your success will be measured by your ability to drive relevant lines of Moveworks products to agency clients, ensuring that they realize the value of the solutions provided. You will be expected to maintain a high level of engagement with clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly while fostering long-term relationships that contribute to the overall growth of Moveworks.
