You have a passion for technology and a desire to help customers understand the value of observability in their business. You are proactive in seeking feedback and using it to improve both customer engagement and product offerings.

What you'll do

As an Enterprise Sales Engineer at Datadog, you will partner closely with the Sales team to articulate the overall value proposition of Datadog's products. You will own the technical engagement with customers during the trial phase, ensuring they understand how to leverage Datadog's solutions effectively. Your role will involve delivering product and technical briefings to potential clients, addressing any concerns they may have, and helping to close complex opportunities. You will maintain accurate records in the CRM regarding customer feedback and insights, which will inform product development and feature prioritization. You will also engage with Datadog's business and technical teams to relay customer feedback and competitive landscape insights, ensuring that the product evolves in line with market needs.
