Job Description
Who you are
You have a strong background in managing cloud partnerships, ideally with 5+ years of experience in a similar role. Your expertise lies in building co-sell motions and enabling sales teams to effectively execute joint go-to-market strategies. You understand the dynamics of cloud ecosystems and have a proven track record of driving net-new customer acquisition through strategic partnerships.
You possess excellent communication skills, allowing you to serve as a critical connector between hyperscaler partner sellers and internal sales organizations. Your ability to develop training content and enablement materials is key to supporting the Commercial Sales organization. You thrive in a collaborative environment and value the relationships built through teamwork.
What you'll do
In this role, you will support and manage relationships across major cloud providers, including Amazon Web Services (AWS), Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud Platform (GCP). You will serve as the primary cloud partner resource aligned to the Commercial Sales segment, focusing specifically on the West Commercial team. Your responsibilities will include driving net-new business by executing and scaling co-selling motions with hyperscaler partners, directly sourcing new opportunities, and influencing existing ones.
You will develop and deliver training sessions to enable hyperscaler sellers on the Datadog value proposition, key use cases, and differentiation. Your role will also involve collaborating closely with the Commercial Sales team to ensure alignment and effectiveness in executing joint initiatives. You will play a pivotal role in shaping the go-to-market strategy and ensuring that the sales teams are well-equipped to leverage cloud partnerships for customer acquisition.
