You have a strong background in business development and partnership management, with a proven track record of building high-impact strategic partnerships. Your experience includes working with technology providers and ISVs to drive platform adoption and co-innovation initiatives. You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. You are adept at identifying and prioritizing target partners, shaping joint solution roadmaps, and overseeing technical alignment to ensure successful partnerships.
You thrive in a hybrid work environment and are comfortable with remote collaboration, while also being willing to travel for in-person meetings as needed. Your ability to analyze market trends and partner performance metrics allows you to deliver measurable value for both partners and customers. You are passionate about leveraging technology to enhance productivity and drive business growth.
What you'll do
As an Alliances Partner Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing partnership strategies that align with Superhuman's goals. You will identify potential partners, engage in negotiations, and establish mutually beneficial agreements that enhance the platform's capabilities. Your role will involve collaborating closely with product and engineering teams to ensure technical alignment and successful integration of partner solutions.
You will oversee the execution of co-innovation projects, working alongside partners to create joint offerings that deliver value to customers. Additionally, you will monitor partnership performance, analyze data to assess impact, and make recommendations for improvements. Your ability to communicate effectively with both internal teams and external partners will be crucial in driving the success of these initiatives.
