You have a proven track record in sales engineering, with experience managing teams and driving technical sales processes. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with both customers and internal stakeholders, ensuring that your team is equipped to deliver the best solutions. You are comfortable in a hands-on management role, actively participating in customer engagements and technical evaluations. What you'll do

As the Manager of Sales Engineering, you will partner closely with the Sales Team to communicate Datadog's value proposition and strategy to customers. You will manage a team of talented Sales Engineers, ensuring they are well-equipped to qualify and close opportunities. Your responsibilities will include overseeing resource allocation, maximizing team productivity, and mentoring new hires during their onboarding process. You will also develop strong partnerships with Product Management, Support, and Enablement teams to ensure your team is aligned with the latest product offerings and customer needs. Your role will be pivotal in driving the success of the Sales Engineering team and expanding Datadog's presence in key accounts.
