Who you are
You have a strong background in operations management, ideally with experience in enabling sales teams and supporting business growth in emerging markets. You thrive in environments where you can create structure from ambiguity and enjoy building relationships across diverse teams. Your ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels is essential, as is your understanding of operational processes and how they impact the customer journey. You are energized by the prospect of working cross-functionally and are comfortable navigating the complexities of a global organization.
Desirable
Experience in the technology sector or a fast-paced startup environment would be a plus. Familiarity with sales processes and enablement strategies will help you excel in this role. You are adaptable and open to learning, with a keen interest in understanding the needs of sales teams and translating them into actionable insights.
What you'll do
In this role, you will serve as the operational backbone for the APJ sales teams, ensuring clarity in processes and improving execution quality. You will build deep relationships with Account Executives, Sales Development Representatives, and managers to understand their challenges and opportunities. Your insights will be crucial in advocating for the needs of the APJ region during global planning cycles, ensuring alignment between local realities and global priorities. You will also be responsible for delivering targeted enablement initiatives that support onboarding, skill development, and ongoing readiness for the sales teams.
You will play a critical role in shaping how the business operates on a day-to-day basis, driving improvements that enhance the customer journey. Your ability to analyze feedback from the field will help you identify recurring patterns and translate them into structured operational insights for the Revenue Operations and Global GTM leadership teams. You will ensure that the field understands the rationale behind operational decisions and foster alignment between APJ and global strategies.
