Job Description

Who you are

You are a recent graduate or bootcamp alumnus with a degree in computer science or engineering. You have a strong desire to learn and grow in a technical support role, demonstrating self-motivation and attention to detail. You possess critical thinking skills and a customer-centric approach, ensuring that client needs are met effectively. You have programming experience and a foundational knowledge of Linux, which will help you troubleshoot technical issues. You are comfortable working in a hybrid environment, with the flexibility to work from the office 3-5 days a week.

What you'll do

In this role, you will communicate with customers through various channels, including ticketing systems, live chat, and screen sharing tools, to identify and resolve technical support requests. You will continuously educate customers on how to use the Datadog platform effectively, ensuring they derive maximum value from the product. You will reproduce technical issues and gain in-depth knowledge of over 600 integrations offered by Datadog. Your interactions with customers will provide valuable feedback that you will share with internal teams to enhance product discussions. You will receive training to become a subject matter expert in one or more areas of Datadog's product offerings.
