Who you are
You have a proven track record in enterprise sales, ideally with experience in selling innovative solutions to large organizations. Your ability to engage with C-Level executives and develop a vision match with prospects is a key strength. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working cross-functionally with marketing, product management, and engineering teams to drive customer success. You are adept at managing multiple customers simultaneously, ensuring their needs are met throughout the buying cycle. Your strong communication skills allow you to educate customers on the value of Dataiku's platform in a thoughtful and impactful manner. You are proactive in your outreach, driving revenue through existing customer relationships and identifying new opportunities for growth.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Dataiku, you will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to closing deals. You will engage with customers to understand their business needs and provide tailored recommendations based on their usage patterns. Your role will involve educating customers on the benefits of Dataiku's Universal AI Platform, helping them develop a more efficient approach to their AI initiatives. You will leverage various company resources to ensure successful collaboration with prospects, addressing any inquiries related to billing, legal, security, and technical issues. Your ability to cultivate champions within organizations will be crucial in driving adoption of Dataiku's solutions. You will also be expected to manage inbound customer communications effectively, organizing and escalating issues as necessary to ensure a seamless customer experience.
