You have a self-starter mindset and a builder's mentality, ready to take on the challenges of an Enterprise Account Executive role. With a proven track record in sales, you excel at managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation to closing deals. Your experience includes working with enterprise accounts, where you've successfully negotiated and closed high-value contracts. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are motivated by achieving pipeline generation targets for net new business.

Your background includes previous experience selling AI or customer support software, which gives you a unique perspective on how to effectively communicate the value of Decagon's conversational AI platform. You understand the importance of customer feedback and are eager to contribute to shaping the product roadmap based on insights gathered from your interactions with clients. You are a team player who values collaboration and is committed to driving results.

Desirable

Experience as an early sales hire at a fast-growing startup is a plus, as it demonstrates your ability to adapt and thrive in dynamic environments. What you'll do

In this role, you will manage the full sales cycle for enterprise accounts, which includes self-lead generation, qualification, negotiation, closing, and renewals. You will be responsible for generating 7-figure deals and consistently meeting performance targets. Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that the sales process is efficient and effective.

You will play a crucial role in defining and iterating Decagon's sales motion, providing valuable customer feedback that will help shape the company's product roadmap. Your insights will be instrumental in refining the sales strategy and ensuring that Decagon remains competitive in the conversational AI market. You will also have the opportunity to mentor junior sales team members, sharing your expertise and helping them develop their skills.
