Who you are
You are a motivated and experienced sales professional with over 8 years of experience in enterprise sales. You have a proven track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing your own pipeline, particularly in net-new territories. Your expertise lies in selling business value to finance and business stakeholders, utilizing ROI and BVA models rather than competing solely on features and functions. You are adept at managing strategic sales cycles and have experience selling to C-level executives at large global companies. You thrive in environments with wide-open territories and are excited about the potential to break into lucrative markets.
You understand the importance of executing a world-class sales playbook and are comfortable following a consumption-based selling model. You are skilled in leveraging sales methodologies, such as MEDDPICC, to develop and drive the execution of an Enterprise Account Plan. Your experience with prospecting tools like Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach allows you to maximize your outreach efforts effectively. You are a strategic thinker who can navigate complex sales processes and adapt to market demands.
Desirable
Experience with legacy systems and the ability to change the inertia in how businesses manage their discretionary expenses is a plus. Familiarity with sales forecasting and revenue management in Salesforce will enhance your effectiveness in this role.
What you'll do
As an Enterprise Account Executive at Navan, you will proactively identify, qualify, and close a sales pipeline of net new logos to exceed quarterly targets. You will develop an Enterprise Account Plan by leveraging effective sales methodologies and drive the execution of that plan to success. Your focus will be on selling business value to finance and business stakeholders, utilizing ROI and BVA models to demonstrate the impact of your solutions. You will manage all sales activity and monthly forecasting of revenue in Salesforce, ensuring that you stay on track to meet your targets.
You will maximize your use of prospecting tools such as Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, and Outreach to identify potential clients and engage them effectively. Your role will involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure that you have the resources and support needed to succeed in your sales efforts. You will also be responsible for maintaining relationships with existing clients and identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
