What you'll do
As a Sales Development Representative at Relyance, you will play a crucial role in generating new business opportunities. Your primary responsibility will be to qualify and generate leads through both outbound and inbound outreach activities, including cold calling. You will articulate the Relyance AI value proposition to decision-makers, generating interest in our innovative platform. You will work closely with Account Executives to collaborate on pipeline generation efforts, ensuring a steady flow of qualified leads. Keeping up with product and service information will be essential, as you will need to generate updated scripts for prospecting motions and objection handling. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records in Salesforce, ensuring that leads and contacts are current and up-to-date. Your success will be measured by your ability to meet and exceed established metrics, contributing to the overall growth of the company.
What we offer
Relyance offers a competitive base salary ranging from $65,000 to $70,000 per year, with an expected on-target earnings (OTE) of $100,000 per year, which is uncapped. We believe in fair and equitable compensation practices, using data-driven pay practices to ensure our offerings are competitive in the market.
