Who you are

You have 3-5 years of experience in a quota-carrying role, demonstrating your ability to meet and exceed sales targets. Your fluency in both English and German allows you to communicate effectively with a diverse range of clients. You thrive in a complex selling environment, having successfully presented and pitched to C-level executives and department leaders. Your understanding of digital transformation and change management positions you as a trusted advisor to your clients, helping them navigate their growth journey with HubSpot.

You are proactive and results-driven, utilizing both inbound and self-sourced leads to find and close new business. Your collaborative spirit enables you to work effectively with internal teams, including marketing and technology, to evolve sales strategies and adapt to new product features. You are comfortable running qualification calls and product demonstrations, both online and in person, ensuring that you can engage clients at every stage of the sales process.

Desirable

Experience in a hybrid work environment is a plus, as HubSpot embraces flexibility in how you can work. Familiarity with CRM tools and sales methodologies will enhance your ability to succeed in this role. A background in consulting or business advisory roles can also be beneficial, as it aligns with the consultative approach we take with our clients.

What you'll do

As a Mid-Market Account Executive at HubSpot, you will develop and manage your own annual, quarterly, and monthly territory business plan. Your primary responsibility will be to find new prospects and close deals, ensuring that you meet or exceed your sales quota on a monthly basis. You will engage directly with small to medium-sized businesses, helping them to grow by leveraging the HubSpot platform.

You will run qualification calls with C-level executives and department leaders, guiding them through the sales process from start to finish. Your role will involve selling through internal champions to multiple stakeholders, ensuring that you build strong relationships and trust with your clients. You will also collaborate closely with HubSpot's marketing and technology departments to refine and enhance our sales strategies as new features and products are introduced.

In addition to closing new business, you will focus on increasing the customer's usage of the HubSpot platform over time. This involves acting as a business consultant, providing insights and recommendations that align with their growth objectives. You will conduct online product demonstrations, showcasing the value of HubSpot's offerings and addressing any questions or concerns that arise.
