You have a proven track record in sales management, particularly within the SaaS industry, and possess strong leadership skills to guide a team of Sales Development Representatives. You understand the dynamics of the DACH market and are adept at developing strategies that resonate with SMB clients. Your experience includes building and nurturing high-performing sales teams, ensuring they are motivated and equipped to meet their targets. You are data-driven, using analytics to inform your decisions and drive performance improvements. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are passionate about enabling your team to succeed. You are a strong communicator, capable of articulating the value of Deel's offerings to potential clients and stakeholders.
What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the Sales Development team focused on the SMB segment in the DACH region. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies that align with Deel's vision of unlocking global opportunities.
