What you'll do
As the Sales Manager for Deliveroo's North East team, you will take ownership of growth KPIs and customer value proposition metrics across your cities. You will lead a sales team of nine, guiding them to meet ambitious targets while working cross-functionally to improve selection across all segments. Your role will involve identifying opportunities for growth and executing strategies that resonate with local consumers and restaurants. You will collaborate closely with other departments, including marketing and operations, to ensure a cohesive approach to market challenges.
