What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with teams across Network, AV, Security, and Enterprise Technology to ensure that our C-suite and Board Members receive the support they need. You will be responsible for managing technology services that power Deliveroo's internal teams globally, driving continual improvement and embracing automation wherever possible. Your focus will be on creating seamless, proactive user experiences that enhance the efficiency of our internal operations.

You will play a key role in transforming the way we deliver internal services, shifting from reactive support to a more proactive approach. This involves identifying areas for improvement and implementing solutions that enhance the overall technology experience for every Deliveroo employee. You will also be involved in ensuring that all support provided is secure and reliable, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
