You have a proven track record in account management, particularly within the B2B sector, and possess a deep understanding of enterprise-level customer needs. With 5+ years of experience in a sales or account management role, you excel in building relationships and driving growth for large accounts. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities and develop tailored solutions that meet customer objectives. You are adept at collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer success and satisfaction.

You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable working with data to inform your decisions. Your strong communication skills enable you to articulate value propositions effectively and engage stakeholders at all levels. You are passionate about helping customers achieve their goals and are committed to delivering exceptional service. What you'll do

As a Growth Account Director at Demandbase, you will own and expand a portfolio of enterprise-level customers, typically those with annual revenues between $1B and $10B. Your primary focus will be on driving growth through strategic account planning and execution. You will work closely with customers to understand their business objectives and align Demandbase's solutions to meet their needs. This involves conducting regular business reviews, identifying upsell opportunities, and ensuring customer satisfaction.

You will collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product, and customer success, to deliver a seamless experience for your clients. Your role will also involve analyzing customer data to inform your strategies and drive engagement. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with key stakeholders within your accounts, acting as their trusted advisor and advocate within Demandbase.
