What you'll do

As a Client Account Executive at Dialpad, you will manage a portfolio of existing customers in the Mid-Market segment, providing best-in-class strategic account management. Your primary responsibility will be to grow year-over-year revenue by demonstrating the value of Dialpad's product suite and identifying opportunities for upselling additional offerings. You will serve as a trusted consultant to your clients, ensuring they maximize the benefits of the Dialpad platform.

You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional service and support to your clients. Your role will involve regular communication with customers to understand their evolving needs and provide tailored solutions that drive their success. You will also track and report on account performance metrics, ensuring that you meet or exceed your revenue targets.
