What you'll do
As a Client Account Executive, you will manage a portfolio of existing Dialpad customers, ensuring they receive best-in-class strategic account management. Your primary responsibility will be to grow year-over-year revenue by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional Dialpad product offerings. You will serve as a trusted consultant to your clients, demonstrating the value of Dialpad's solutions and helping them achieve their business objectives.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client needs are met and that they are receiving the full benefits of the Dialpad platform. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and to provide insights that can help them optimize their use of Dialpad's services. You will also track and report on account performance, identifying areas for improvement and growth.
