What you'll do

As a Sales Development Representative at Dialpad, you will own the process of building prospect lists and managing your pipeline effectively. You will maintain in-depth knowledge of Dialpad products to effectively communicate their value to potential customers. Collaborating closely with your Account Executives, you will develop prospecting strategies and vertical campaigns tailored to your territory.

You will support the creation of new prospecting lists targeting key accounts and decision-makers, ensuring that your outreach is strategic and impactful. Your role will involve continuous learning and adaptation as you refine your approach based on feedback and results.
