What you'll do

As a Senior Sales Engineer at Dialpad, you will take ownership of running product demos and proofs of concept, ensuring that you gather success criteria and configure systems to meet customer needs. You will provide admin and user training, troubleshooting any issues that arise during the implementation process. Collaborating closely with Account Executives, you will identify key customer requirements and present Dialpad solutions that effectively address those needs.
