Who you are
You have a professional working proficiency in Spanish and a strong background in sales, particularly in driving renewal strategies and customer success. Your ability to build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers is essential, as you will influence adoption and ensure customer satisfaction. You possess a curious nature with a desire to learn and a competitive spirit, which drives your action-oriented mentality to get things done. You are organized and capable of executing a sales plan effectively, ensuring that customer priorities and milestones are met.
What you'll do
As a Commercial Sales Representative at DigiCert, you will develop and execute retention strategies as part of the customer success plan for your accounts. You will proactively build relationships with customers, guiding them to the support channels available as part of the value DigiCert provides. Your role will involve defining business outcomes and orchestrating success plans that include customer priorities, milestones, risks, and metrics. You will interpret and act on usage information, focusing on customers who may be at risk of churn, ensuring that they receive the support they need to succeed.
