Who you are

You have a strong background in technology sales, ideally with experience in the cybersecurity sector. You understand the unique needs of mid-market accounts and are skilled at building lasting customer relationships. Your analytical mindset allows you to drive revenue growth through effective upselling and cross-selling strategies. You are comfortable using CRM tools such as Salesforce and have a good command of Excel or Sheets for reporting purposes. You are coachable, eager to learn, and thrive in a collaborative environment where teamwork is essential.

What you'll do

In this role, you will engage with mid-market accounts to understand their specific needs and tailor solutions that drive business value. You will be responsible for managing complex deal cycles and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective communication and support. Your focus will be on upselling and cross-selling DigiCert's products, leveraging your knowledge of the enterprise technology stack to identify opportunities for growth. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other teams to ensure that customer needs are met and that solutions are delivered effectively. Additionally, you will participate in annual sales conferences and have the chance to earn rewards for your performance, such as trips to international locations.
